A pulmonary hernia is a protrusion of the lung through defect in surrounding tissues, rather rare pathology and each clinical case scientific interest. The first description this was performed by Roland 1499. About 300 observations have been described world literature, most publications are isolated cases observation pathology. We presented experience thoracoscopic hernioplasty Russian Federation for intercostal hernia, also summarized literature data on topic.
